She's being paid HLTA Support wages though with no increase. It's basic wages for teachers but highest level for support. Gutted!

I know the feeling, i was in the same boat, only they got nobody to cover our previous group, just the remaining people have to pick up the slack which makes them unhappy so the quality will go down. When is your last day then Hayley ? :thumbsdown:
