Lol nothing wrong w the iPad 1st gen! Kind of disappointed no retina display on the 2 , considering it lined up after the 4 and before the iPhone 5. Oh well that's how they will get us on the iPad 3. But I will skip that generation until the 4th lol.

The talk about 3 is already in the air, but will there be a 4? I safely assume that in time Apple will move on to yet another magical device....

Grats!! I know the wonderful feeling of holding that brand new iPad:) We have the same one. Do you have the AT&T or Verizon edition? Happy ipadding lol
 
Got it, got it, got it! Now the proud owner of an iPad2 32g. Have been tracking it's progress to the UK via China, Hong Kong, Dubai, Germany then here for the last 24 hours on UPS site!

Now all I need to do is work out what apps to use so I can use as my main pc instead of laptop. will be having a good look on here I think!
 
Spent a few hours with my 64GB/WiFi and boy do I have a lot to learn. My music and photos took almost 90 minutes over USB and I would never have thought it would take that long.
The iPad is fast, clean and so far, I am amazed.
 
I JUST GOT IT! It came one day early..white 32 gb WiFi iPad 2..SO HAPPY..anyways, I Need to know what to look for as far as those bleeding screen issues are concerned..how do I check the iPad to make sure everything is Ok
 
Well ~ I suppose you can go into a really dark room under your stairs, or the bathroom, turn off all the lights.

Having said that ~

How often would you be in a completely dark room?

Ok so I jusdt went into a dark room to check it out, booted the iPad..at first I did not see anything..but kept on focusing and now I see a tiny bit on the side, nothing really noticeable..I checked my iPod Touch 4th Gen and it doeset have it at all but on the iPad 2 yeah nothing major..now I have a headache from looking at it so much LOL..so basically its nothing to be concerned about right..no such thing as perfection, and if it doesnt affect my iPad then I will keep it..it looked very minor, I really had to look to see it, its on the bottom left and left hand side, but that was after checking it out a few times so maybe its just my eyes and there is nothing there..if it was VERY bad I would have seen it right away
