I'd never had tequila before, I usually drink Baileys and Tia Maria (together) on the occasions I do drink. Wouldn't choose to drink tequila again, might be better with a mixer, I had it neat of course, lol.

A liquidiser full of ice cubes, put in a generous portion of tequila and top up with concentrated lime juice. Now switch on and let the ice cubes become crushed. Pour into a frozen margarita glass - optional salt frosting on the rim - and perhaps a touch of Cointreau. A margarita to die for....And don't forget the cocktail paper umbrella.....
