Two iCloud questions: photostreaming and document sharing

Got IOS5 up and running. Selected some photos and attempted to stream them. So, I should be able to see them
on the iPads right? I have the photo streaming selected on both iPads, but nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Having same type problem with documents sharing. How do I share the documents on my iMac with the iPads? Is that even do-able?
