un-jailbrekng +updatng ver. + restore = will i get back my previously installed apps?

hey!
got a new ipad.. n i jailbroke it without actually knowing what it was..
now i want to remove the jailbreak..(so that i dont face a problem if i have to service it) but have already installed a lot of apps.. n have transferred some 8-10gb of videos etc.. now if i un-jailbreak it by updating the ipad with the new version(4.3.5) n later restore, do i get back my previously installed apps or do i have to againg download and instal them??

what iPad do you have?
if you ever wanna service it, restore it then.
if you get stuff from cydia, you will lose them.
if you get apps from the appstore while jailbroken, you will not lose them.
