updates not working

We have an ipad 1 and ipad 2... Although it shows that we have updates, neither ipad will bring them up so we can update. any ideas as to how to fix this? all the other buttons on the bottom work.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Many of our members are experiencing this issue and it would appear to be a problem on Apple's end.
