Upgrade to ipad2?

I am thinking of upgrading to the ipad2. Is there an easy way to sync it to my old iPad library of music, pictures and apps without starting from scratch?

As long as you use your same computer with the same library and same iTunes account, then whatever you bought on your old iPad will automatically get synced to your new iPad.

I think all your saved game progress will get wiped, but at least all the apps will be there.

I have an iPhone, iPad and iPad 2 all syncing to same computer and account.

You can setup the new iPad as an exact clone of the old one.

To do so:
-connect iPad 1
-open iTunes and rightclick on iPad then select backup
-connect iPad 2. iTunes will ask, whether you want to set it up as a new device or restore. Select restore and choose the newest backup.
-be patient
-your new iPad will now be an exact copy of the old one, including all apps/settings/game progresses
