URL to open Webex recording not working

Hi everybody

This is my first post as I just bought my new iPad
I have found that I cant open webex URL links to watch recording.
I have downloaded the new Cisco webex app which seems to be only to participate in meetings but not to watch recordin.
This is what I get when i click the link in safari
** Support Not Available

Play back is not available for your computer's operating system. For information about system requirements, please refer to the service support FAQ.

Any idea how to fix this? Thanks

Can you point me toward the relocated thread about viewing webex recordings on iPad? Can't seem to find where it was discussed. Joe
