Verizon iPad 4G LTE question and help needed
Hello,

I am traveling to India and just got the new iPad 4G from Verizon. I wish to use it while in India, but without having to set up international roaming with Verizon.

Can I just pop a micro sim from an Indian 3G carrier in the iPad ? Will it work? I have read that it will not work as the carriers support only gsm

Traveling in about a week and any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated.

The Verizon iPad works on GSM. Both 3rd gen models now have GSM capability.
