Video/movie split into two..how to fix?

so i downloaded a movie on torrent for my ipad. it's in mp4 format so it worked on itunes..then when i played it there(even when i sync'd it on ipad) the video is split into two frames or video. here it is..

i tried to play it on windows media player but its in 1 frame. Any idea on how to fix this thing on itunes? Thanks

It plays, but the splitted screen just bothers me.
