TechCrunch is singing the praises of visual RSS reader Pulse today, which it reports has just been updated to include three key Facebook features - “fantastic†ones, to quote TechCrunch. With a Facebook iPad app still looking unlikely after Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg recently said that there is no dedicated Facebook iPad app because the iPad wasn’t mobile, Facebook users with iPads are looking for alternatives, and judging by TechCrunch’s glowing review of Pulse’s new Facebook-enhanced features, it may well be the answer to an iPad-owning Facebook fan’s prayers.
According to TechCrunch, the updated Pulse app has seamlessly integrated three main Facebook features into its visual framework, namely Shared Links, Status Updates and My Wall. Each of the features is created as a new Pulse feed which displays your friends’ links, status updates and wall updates. Another new feature enables you to click on any of these and like or comment on them.
