Volume Booster for iPad air while using FORSCORE music app.

Is there an app that I can install on my iPad air and iPhone 6 that will run transparently behind any app I am using? I am a musician and use an app called forscore that has both my sheet music and background tracks on it. I need to increase the output volume of my iPad/iphone to be able to increase the output volume of my bluetooth speaker.
