According to the latest posting on Telltale Games’ blog, Aardman Animation heroes Wallace & Gromit are about to hit the iPad with “The Last Resortâ€, their whodunit adventure. This marks the second game that the company will be bringing to the iPhone, the first being Sam & Max: The Penal Zone.
The story centres around a rainy day in West Wallaby Street, when Wallace decides to brighten things up a bit by turning his and Gromit’s home into an indoor beach paradise. Things take a turn for the worse, as usual, when guests start to get angry and run amok, and a violent crime is committed by person or persons unknown. It’s up to Wallace to figure out who the guilty party is, using his Deduct-o-matic machine and aided by his ever-present sidekick, Gromit.
No release date as yet for the game, which Telltale says it’s still working on.
