The version you have is so much better than the one I have, Gabe. I should upgrade.

The app I use, XCW, takes its data from airport and airfield weather stations as well as stations at other locations.

We use Met Office forecasts at work and the app saves me a lot of time when it comes to planning around any disruption the weather may bring although when snow is forecast I check out webcams from any local airfields/airports, the vast flatness and un trafficked areas tend to show up settling snow before others do.
