But I wouldn't go building snowmen or making angels in the snow there as people walk their dogs there and I KNOW everyone doesn't clean up after their dogs!!! That's another thing about NYC snow, you never know what's under it and people get lazy and nasty with the dogs because of the snow, even rain sometimes. Gotta make sure you don't slip and fall into the pile...

My students also have the same mentality, when they make a mess at school, they say "oh, the cleaners can pick it up, that's what they are paid for!" Grrr.
