I kinda enjoy Sydney's weather, summer is kinda warm, we do get temperatures above 30°C (86°F) but most days are around the 18°C - 26°C (64°F - 78°F) mark. The past couple of weeks have been pretty warm, most days above 30°C (86°F) and we had days that reached 40°C (104°F). Highest recorded temperature for Sydney is 45.3°C (113.5°F) way back in 1939.
Winter rarely drops below 5°C, I think the coldest day recorded is 2-3°C, I have never witnessed snowfall and have only ever been on snow twice in my life.
Back in 2009 Sydney experienced a dust storm which was scary. Sydneysiders who are used to waking up to bright blue skies instead woke up to a reddish-orange cloud surrounding literally everything. It looked like we were on Mars lol
Below are some before and after shots:

Roy Rob said:LOL....how did she manage to get free?
KevinJS said:Oh, you know. The usual trick. Lots of warm water, a wooden spoon, an immense amount of pain and a realization that sometimes instructions are for ones own good.
That was in Saskatchewan years ago, long before I met her. I still cackle when I think of it. She told me when she was passing the info to me, although quite why she thought I might go around licking basketball hoops is beyond me.

In the meantime, I've shoveled 50 cm of snow. That weather will continue until tomorrow, afternoon. :-(!!!
