What's new

Weather

0°C and clear. It seems strange to post a temperature without a minus sign in front of it. The predicted low is supposed to be -7°C.

If we're comparing clouds, how's this?

I never get to compare clouds :( 75°F, slight wind (approx 24°C)

I know that has to suck. :(
I feel bad for whining about the 39 degree weather my part of Alabama is having tonight. It is a unusually cold night for this time of year..

My heart bleeds for you, Joe. Or it would if my blood hadn't frozen solid over the last six months.

I imagine it probably is frozen solid!
I'm not too much of a cold weather type person. I really enjoy warm weather. Alabama always goes from one extreme to the next though... Spring and Fall are almost non existent here. It goes from below freezing to 100+ in a matter of 2-3 weeks.

My hat is tipped off to you. I would like to visit Canada for the scenery one day, but I don't believe I could endure the cold y'all put up with. :O

It has its benefits, I have to admit. Skiing is a blast in the Rockies. And I can't complain about the experience of driving on the ice roads. I never thought I'd do anything like that when I started trucking nearly 30 years ago. It's just a pity it has to last 6 months.

It's been so long since I drove a golf cart, I'll probably need lessons.

I would like to try skiing or snowboarding one day. I have a buddy that's stationed at Fort Carlson, Colorado. He has an apartment right next to the Rockies. I've been meaning to visit one day..

Compare yours with ours, Johanna.

There's nothing to compare with for me. But you could start a competition with zstairlessone, whose sky's more blue. :-)
