What was your first car and favourite car ever!

First Two Autos

The very first one was a 1946 Plymouth I bought for $100 in 1955 with my own money. I was all of 18 yrs old. It emitted copious smoke from the tailpipe when accelerating! I soon traded it straight up with another kid for a 1946 Mercury convertible. I kept that convertible for three years and had many adventures with it. The photos are not of my originals, but just examples I found on the web. Memories....

First car, 1974 Olds Cutlass.

Favorite cars, torn between my 1955 Packard Clipper Custom Constellation and the 1960 Olds Super 88. Future vehicles, either a 1963 Corvette Split Window Coupe or a 1946 Indian Chief Basketcase.

1939 opel olympia, 4 speed with a 1957 opel 1.5 l engine i installed.

now a 1989 taurus sho i bought in 1992 for $ 6000. with a little over 50000 miles on the clock

I love Opels. I once owned a 1970 GT and laughed at people telling me how cool my Corvette looks. Then they think about it and it looks like a Vette, but I must have shortened it or customized it.

My first was a 71 Toyota Corona (not corolla) bought for 500 with 75k miles sold 4yrs later for 500 with 200k miles.. to my baby sister. LOL It was a good car, couldn't kill it for anything.. I think it had 10 lives at least while I was driving it.
Next came a little Datsun truck... but my mom borrowed it and blew the engine..grrr so we picked up an old Ford Escort.... I had to push that one off the bridge (sucked). Finally first brand new car was another Toyota.. Tercel Wagon...that thing ran forever until I got a mommy van...then the fun began....

01 BMW Z3 3.0i Dakkar Yellow (Sunny) LOVED HER!!!!! but too expensive she was always breaking 02 sensors


Current and all time favorite.. MOE! 2006 MINI Cooper S Hyper Blue and White... He's 3kinds of awesome!

First was a Red Peugeot 205 I think, fav is defo the Silver Alfa Romeo 147, utter heart broken when I had to sell it, but I got compensated with a company car

First car? If that means the first one after getting your license, mine was a 1971 BMW 2002 and even though I have owned plenty of cars since then, that is definitely at the top of my favorite car list, too.

If that wasn't the favorite, it would hen have to be one of my current ones: 2010 Cadillac Escalade.

My first car was a 1991 Ford Escort. I bought it brand new at the age of 16 with money I earned working as a cashier. My favorite car was my 1997 Ford Mustang. It was so pretty. Now that my priorities have changed I love love love my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan. Not exactly "cool" but it makes my life so much easier.

My first was a 1964 Chevy C10 Custom pickup, black with chrome and white interior, 350 turbo, 4-barrel Holley 4150 carb, Turbo-Hydromatic400 transmission and the obligatory red fuzzy dice hanging from the rear view mirror. It was the coolest thing in which to hang out at the chocolate malt shop after school. Even better was relaxing in a couple of outdoor reclining chaise loungers in the bed of the pickup at the drive-in theatre late in a warm Summer evening.

My first car is a 1971 camaro rs and I still own it 32 years latter . I got it when I was 15 it was junk when I got it I restore it and it has held up over the years it still look as good today as it did for the last 30 years I still show it and some time race it on the drag strip. Wow were did the time go !
