16GB wifi here. My Ipod Touch is my music device, and with Netflix as my main movie source I haven't even come close to using 1GB yet.

I only got the 16 3G because incase I didn't like it, I'd be out less money than the 64gb model.

I went with the 64 GB +3G model. I don't buy tech often, so when I do I buy for the long haul with expected years of duty.

I think if I got one for free, I would keep it packaged, and sell it. 32gb goes for $600 so I'd sell the free for $480, and buy a 3G model. Only $250 out of pocket. Not bad.

Was going for the 32GB but I will be using 98% at home where I can stream majority of my medias so got the 16GB instead...

Started with the 16gb wifi

I started with the 16gb wifi thinking that I won't need more. Then after a week with the ipad I was sold on what it could potentially do, especially sitting at a coffee shop without wifi, but with the ability to get email, browse the net via 3g.

So I went for the 3g model and since I was doing that.... why not more memory (after all after you commit on your purchase there is no upgrading).
