Wifi provider recommendations for Philippines?

Im going to Philippines, i would like to ask on which wifi provider is the best you can commend?

Two are quite popular among coffee shops and restaurants here in the Philippines:

They can be quite fast as far as connection speeds here in Metro Manila are compared, but the problem of availability/coverage might be a concern if you won't be frequenting restaurants or coffee shops.

Most of the places in metro has wifi w/c is suitable enough for browsing or email but it depends on the net provider speed..if i were you, if you had ipad 3g i will recommend sun broadband sim w/c covers a wide range even in provincial areas.,just my 2 cent.
