Windows 7 will not recognise my iPad 2

When I attach and activate my iPad 2 it is not recognised in Windows Explorer.

If I go to Devices & Printers under "Unspecified" it is there as "Apple mobile Device Driver"

How can I get Windows to list it?

If you don't have a picture in your Photos app, take a screenshot and try again.
