Wireless FM transmitter + charger for Ipad 1

Does anyone know of a FM transmitter that will also charge the IPad 1 at the same time as playing?
There seems to be a few out there that will play but, not charge. Which is what I have now and I know that the iPad is very fussy about what can charge it.
I recently got the GPS app Sygic which is good and I have the instructions played through the car speakers but,not being able to charge it whilst driving goes through the battery real quick.
Any help out there ?
