World fact?

Which is the best "world fact" app for iPad?
It must have following functions:

Capitals of all countries
Inhabitants of all countries
And stuff like that, it should absolutely not be a game!!
Like a book with info of all countries (it should not be a book from iBooks...) but app for iPad instead.
Free or non free doesn't matter.
Plzz answer

Well if you look at the screenshot that I took the time to put up then you will see
