2 iTunes accounts on one iPad

This is probably a stupid question, but here goes anyway. I know that you can set up separate accounts on a computer, and one person cannot see the other's files, etc. Is that possible with an iPad? If my husband also uses my iPad with his own iTunes account, will he also be able to access my apps? Can he have different settings, different photo libraries, etc? Or is everything all lumped together, and you just have to separate apps by putting them on separate pages? Thanks!

Not only are they all lumped in, may I suggest you don't use two separate accounts with the same iPad.

If you do, each set of apps will have been/have to be purchased under a different ID. This may not be so bad for purchasing but to do updates, you must use the ID with which the app was purchased. So, you may run into the situation where you are constantly logging on and off with two IIDs just to keep the apps updated.

So, given the programming design, I'd suggest one person use his/her ID for purchases and updates. Just makes maintenance that much easier.
