Hi everyone,hope you can help me,I managed to crack the screen on my 12.9 inch iPad Pro and took it to a local repair shop to have the screen replaced.They have fitted the new screen no problem and the screen lights up perfectly but when they swap the facial Id camera from the old screen to the new screen apparently the screen goes blank.Any ideas?.Thanks.
