I forget to mention - that quest also disappeared when I completed the timed one. I was still waiting to collect from 6 movie theatres.

So that puts the side quest also on a timer, right? You have to have it finished before you complete the UFO quest?
GI bugs me...

Morning all....Disaster for Rigby's City this morning. My lad was in tears when I woke up. He has only gone and deleted his Mission control centre level 2 by mistake. He was trying to upgrade his runway and deleted it. He's having to start again with mission control centre level 1.

I don't know who was more upset, me or him.......lol

Any help towards getting his launch's back up & running would be most appreciated.

Lukehakesley level 40. Need Propellers. My son's airport is called 'Rigby's city'. He needs 4 server racks, 4 video walls, 2 smoke detectors,2 Ergonomic chairs,1 video board,1 robotic lawnmower & 3 goal posts.

That's so sad! Poor little guy

I understand he doesn't need anymore goal posts and that's the only thing of the list I can send. What else might be helpful?

I think I will just stop playing This should remain a pleasure and I am more and more annoyed with GI!

There is their answer about the hydraulic tools which should always be there and are not for me (13 flights now and only one dropped)

There is always a chance to get the item dropped from flights though it might take you some time to receive it. Some items are harder to come by than others, but in general, sending a lot of planes to flights helps to get the stuff faster. Keep it up and I have no doubt you will succeed! Anyway I shall transfer your request to our specialists.

I don't know it might be because I'm French, but I don't have the same definition as them for the word Always!! Quests were now the only thing that kept me playing (and the forum), but they always messed up.​

I now only write to GI for shear amusement. I try and guess which of their standard replies they will send me in response to my problem. They never send an original response from an actual human being.
As to the hydraulic problem, mine (like some others on the forum) started dropping from every flight right around the point where you are now. It was really frustrating up till then! Keep at it just a little longer and you will get to that spot where they start to drop. You really are almost there! (Providing your game is working like some of the rest of ours) we'll miss you if you leave us! And you know you're addicted.....

That's right! It was the same for me; the darn things seem to be dropping off every flight now.

I am really out to lunch today. What quest are these visits for? BTW - Sorry I couldn't send you fuel yesterday. Every time I tried to send through Facebook I got an 'error try again' message. I finally gave up.

No worries about the fuel. I can't seem to send it either. Thanks for trying the visits are for a quest from the green blobby thing on the side. You have to visit 10 movie theaters, bookstores and seafood restaurants. You can do it in one visiting session if you plan to visit the right neighbors. Red Dog and I both have a good supply. I think between the 2 of us, you may be able to do the whole thing. If I remember right, Trog had a good supply. So did Luke. I'm sure I'm forgetting a bunch of others too.

I cross my fingers for you. I complete mine only this morning. The flights with the green planes are useless, I get everything thanks to my jumbo jets if that could help

Interesting. I have a similar (poor) drop rate from all planes, but as the green ones are shorter flights, it turned out to be better

Yes but just the same as UFO debris ( counter) and sometimes more often

Needs; nothing sending me what you need and I will return it eventually on a 2 day gift cycle

Yes, also noticed, for me the ufo is more generous in geiger counters than the debris

Actually, it's funny. am following the quest on both ipad and iphone, and while I am trying much harder on the ipad, I am way less advanced. droprate is just horrible here! I do not haveba first attack plane or ufo collection!

Same for me, still no attack plane on the iPad, I have resorted to using a spy glass and speeding up flights still no joy. On the iPhone I just can't get the atlas, glad I'm playing the two games at least the frustrations are different.

Have you tried using a Secret Faucet? Makes the fuel situation easier to deal with!

I've got five bookstores, one blue movie theatre and three red movie theatres ( don't know which is needed ) in each of my cities. Only one seafood restaurant though, maybe it's time to build a couple more.

In response to the last ticket I sent in, GI didn't even bother to send any answer at all. They just sent the questionnaire asking if I was satisfied with the customer service I had received!!! Now, they really did surprise me with that one!

I just got a response from GI re the hydraulic tools. Apparently, the tools start dropping from every flight after you complete a 'certain' quest. What that quest is, I have no idea. Like others, a tool now drops from every flight but I'm still not getting anything from my UFOs. I wish GI would quit giving us useless answers to our questions and just come right out and say, 'I haven't got a clue!'
