Every once in a while that message pops up for me when close to launching. I've never been blocked.

Yesterday, I was in the game playing for about an hour, and all of a sudden, a message appears that says "You have not visited your airport city in a while", etc. etc. How ironic - been playing every day...I think their messaging system is broken.

LtCol Rehab (may show as "username") - need Long Distance (LD) flight items like spare props, osc beacons, fuel hoses, deicers. LtColRehab2 - need LD flight items, thanks all!

In another iromic twist - everyone may recall that I submitted one ticket for getting my Level 7 town hall (which the last software update reverted to a level 6 town hall) and a different ticket for being seen as "username" by other players on my LtCol Rehab game/account.

GI took almost a month, and the results were:
- they basically combined the two separate tickets
- gave me 540,000 coins to re-upgrade my town hall, and didn't say why it happened or that it wouldn't happen in the future
- no apparent resolution to username issue
- as normal operations in Ukraine, sent a nice response with great English that didn't quite match reality ("we have given you a "bonus" of 540,000 coins")

Defrosters cannot be gifted. Thats what I am after and I have been flying for them for over 2 months without a single drop. All my active quests are not completable if I dont complete my catering fac.

I think no one is purchasing anything from the GI store. I occasionally get a message from GI on the top of the game screen to get a reward. And guess what it is : BUY anything in the bank and get 5 greenies free!! What a deal!!
