Airport for iPad 2

I get my internet over aiport on my power mac threw my condo association, is there anyway to do this with my iPad 2 I don't get wifi here?

You mean share your iPads Internet connection with other computers? No. Not on a stock iPad.

You question is confusing me. Airport on a Power Mac is wi-fi. Is it that your association only allows the single connection, or that you do not know the needed configuration to connect the iPad to the Condo's network? Networks can be hidden so that the iPad will not see them. You can still join if you know the network's name, password, and security setup.

You would have to talk to whoever runs the network if you don't know, at least for the password. You can probably see the other information by looking in your Power Mac's network settings.
