App find?

A while back I downloaded an app for photo touch up.
I didn’t use It and deleted it. Now, as luck would have it, I need to find it but I
can’t remember the name. There used to be a tab for downloaded apps but, I don’t
see it anymore. BTW, the app would allow erasure of parts of a photo. Help

How you access your App Store purchase history differs depending on which iOS version your device is on. Which iOS version is on your iPad?

Tap the iCloud ID icon at the top right of the App Store home page, then tap the Purchased button on the next page. Every app you've purchased will be shown on the order in which you purchased them with the newest at the top of the list. Scroll down the list until you find the app you want and tap the cloud icon next to it to download it to your iPad.
