App for Property accounts, income and expenditure needed, HELP!

I own an investment property and I've been searching for an app that will let me store all the rent coming in and all
The expenditure going out, then let me produce reports based on dates, such as the tax year.

I've tried loads on non property program's but none of them work well enough. I don't mind about the cost.

Has anyone come across a program that will do this?
