App Refund

Is there a way to get a refund from HD office or DTG? I downloaded them both to have them work with my custom made invoice and they both don't work... Such a waste of money I didn't purchase them blindly. I researched but none of them addressed aw drop down menu. Thanks for your help

Call Apple customer service and ask them for a refund. Various forum members successfully claimed refund in this way.

Cool! Thanks! Just the regular Apple number or do they have a specific number for the app store?
