Starting at around 2am EDT this morning, Apple announced that a sizeable number of their cloud-based services were experiencing technical issues, including downtime and slow performance. Apple did not share what the problem was, nor did they offer any ETA on a fix to the issue, but they have since rectified the issues.
Here's the list of services that had been experiencing the hiccups:
- Back to My Mac
- Documents in the Cloud
- Find My iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac
- iCloud Account & Sign In
- iCloud Backup
- iCloud Drive
- iCloud Keychain
- iCloud Mail
- iMovie Theater
- iWork for iCloud beta
- Photos
