Apple - vs - "Adobe" Flash Player

Why O why cannot we "The Apple customers†be able to use the "Adobe" Flash Player?
I have gone to complete a survey or play an UTube video or evan play a game and have been refused because the Apple I pad does not work with "Adobe" FlashPlayer.
Can anyone help please?

Apple will never allow flash,most Apple customers are aware of this when they purchase their devices,this thread is closed.
