Backlight Problem

Hi everyone I tried to replace the digitizer on my iPad 2 WiFi model however after doing so the backlight no longer works.I was wondering if anyone with tech experience knows if this is fixable and also how much it will cost.Thanks in advance

If you didn't properly turn off the iPad before changing the digitizer ( which usually involves disconnecting the lcd) then it's likely a blown backlight filter or other component on the logic board which controls the backlight. Go to fixit.com and you will see lots of others with the same problem.

Fixing it requires a logic board level repair which requires pro level soldering skills.
