Port finished! But, I haven't developed my city well enough to fill the ships, so will do the best I can and send some stuff to others as well if I can. Thanks to all those here, on the Wiki, and on FB who had warned about getting the steel details before sending the taxi for the bolt - could have been very frustrating (like the rulers for the hydro, according to what people have been saying); as it was, I got there within the time limit, and would not have done it without the advice! 
My lucky stars, I never thought i would get the top player achievement, but today I did! Woohoo

Got the ingrate award, which gave me the 80% of achievement award, 500k off the 7mil achievement, 36 credits off the 200 achievement and got my 9th avocado for the ET quest. I might turn the game off for awhile and just bask in the progress
