Big Business - game discussion

Fat fingered away 60 city credits on a useless piece of land. Funny thing is that I didn't care. I had close to the 7 million mark and decided to abandon that and upgrade my buildings. I think I am near the end on this game. $10 spent, 10 months of poking and I can't buy a factory to save my life. I was going for 150 city credits and was months away from getting there, so it was the final blow for BB. I will continue to play but I refuse to be tied to it as much as I have been. Good luck everyone who stays with it.

2 cotton + 2 wood plank = sponge 3 hours 4 trucks + 3 wood trucks
3 salt + 3 baking soda = bath crystals 6 hours 8 trucks (level 2) 450000 or 55 to upgrade, 6 hours...
3 flowers + 3 foam = bath foam 8 hours 9 trucks (level 3)

Thanks!!!

I am with you on that. I switched to other games (and real life, lol) and check BB occasionally to sail the ships. The factories not involved with the port items are idle, except for the gold mine and processing plant. Making 1 golden nugget a day. Already made 18 or 20.

I have also started playing other games and am not tied to BB so much. This game is getting ridiculous!

I started playing magapolis based on Summernight's suggestion. Seems pretty good s far. Hopefully they don't change the game at random.

I started too. I like it. The only part I don't like is the upgrading of construction. You have to pay for a lot of the items. Not sure how to add neighbors and not just the random buddies.

No, you don't have to pay. Every day you will get gifts from your friends, make sure to specify what you need. The three generic characters will give you everything you need, just be patient. If you want to add a specific friend, do it through Facebook. Otherwise just invite random players and accept invitations. I have about 20 friends, I think, and I never buy anything unless I really want to, which happened maybe 2 or 3 times. Just don't try to initiate too many new construction projects at the same time. 3 is optimal. Go for energy and water first. This game is awesome: lots to build, incredible variety, can build whatever you want, however you want, does not require endless hours of your life, and the rules never change.

The same with me.
Go on 3 weeks vacation at our vacationhome in Spain tomorrow - so will not be online a lot.
Still owe Claire some shoes though - but apart from that, enjoy.

I have travelled to Spain many times for work. Madrid, Cartagena, Seville to say a few. I worked on the S-80 program, hope someday it gets launched. If I was to vacation,in Europe it would be the south of Spain. Love the weather. Have fun.

Thanks for the tips. I love the variety. The types and amounts of structures are endless!!! I often have to search for buildings which is a good thing. The graphics among other things crush BB.

Ok we'll if anyone is left playing BB, I have a question. See my attachment pic. It looks like some kind of toy plane in my road. Does anyone have this?

LOL I thought this thread is about how to make it big in the gaming business ... I come to a wrong place :P

Thanks, sure will. We love it there as well. We are located close to a small town called Ayamonte, at the bank of La
Guadiana - we have a nice view to Portugal. 130 kilometers west of Seville. So peaceful there - when we bought it back in 2006, very few people there spoke english - this is the place the Spanes tend to keep for themselves.
