OMG! I let the little boy I babysit click to collect money for me and he bought a plot of land for $45!!! I calmly told him he couldn't play anymore so he threw a tantrum, hitting and kicking me, telling me he's not my friend anymore, and now he's sitting in time-out. Maybe I over-reacted...just a little....
Well your not the first one this happened too. I was tempted to let others play my game but I resisted. This game and me are inseparable and my personal vice. People will what I am doing and I say it's just a game. I don't get into with anyone. Guess that makes me a closet player. I feel embarrassed that I play the game because of its hold on me. Besides what's the detox process lol. Maybe it's conversing with GI CS lol.
Anyhow, I feel bad for you Meg. But did you instruct him in what he could do and not do? And have him ask you if something else happens?
Get him some ice cream and he will be your friend again. That's all it takes for me!

Anyone else get (and get tempted by) an offer of triple cash?!? I cannot remember if I have ever seen triple cash or not. Are they desperate or am I reading too much into this? I am still very disappointed that I cannot get more factories, but a cash special is always followed by an offer for "special" factories. I have increased my population by 50,000 or so since the realignment, but still need another 600,000 to place another coveted mine.
What is your population now? I am wondering when the pop requirement will get crazy for me. right now i am at 370,000 and i need 373,000. Yes I did get the triple cash offer.

Yes I have seen it before...I think this is the third time since I started playing....I am not even tempted to buy and I have spent some money on this game...but since the population increase I have stopped buying....until they do something with the population levels I will not be spending anymore money on this game...just not worth it...I need over 600,000 more population to build my next factory...

My population is at 235,000 and I need to get to 879,000 to get to the next purchase of a factory. I have 23 factories in my storage. Only 4 are premiums.

I think you can add another strode factory about every 25k in happiness. I have 13 stored factories and about 225k in happiness, i need 598k to purchase a new factory. So each is worth about 25k. Any other thoughts on this?

No, I am not tempted. No more city credits purchases for me. Even if they revert to the previous version, which they won't, I am not buying.

That makes no sense! About 2 weeks ago when the made that announcement in the blog about pop reduction they lowered my pop requirement from 353000 to 278000 which allowed me to get two buildings. And it's been in increments of 25000 since then. I thought they changed it for everyone. Crazy.

How many factories did you have in storage? If none your population requirement will be lower.

Yes, I am able to place one more factory since yesterday, I think. Weird. Can't build anything though.

Off topic. Does anyone play paradise island? I have it but I don't get it. All you do is build and collect. No real challenges that are involved. I am thinking of deleting it.

I used to play that on my phone and quit for that exact reason. There was no challenge, strategy or anything. It was just a bunch of clicking for nothing.

Lol. So dumb. I don't understand how GI can create a game so opposite of big business. Well I guess they have to appeal to those who like to exercise their fingers.
