Does this new 'great news' to take part in sp contest make any sense??
I've 40 hrs to make sweets and take care of animals??

The contest will start in 40 hours, (now 39) it is following on from the contest the other week when the contests were based around the ranch and packaging. Looks like this time it will be the farm and confectionery plant. Not sure if it is worth contesting judging by the phenomenal amounts it took last time and the number of placings required. Only useful if already part of the way there or can produce very large amounts.

Just wondering what anyone thinks about these new industrial buildings. Also, if you do not meet the population requirements can you still buy them and put them in storage for use later.

Is anyone else bored and tired of this game?
When I first started, I was hooked, playing all the time to build new buildings and get more coins to buy stuff.
But now, even the port is boring, haven't filled a ship in days, impossible population requirements to buy new buildings...
I think it might be time to say goodbye to big business and ride off into the sunset...

I don't know your level but I can understand what you are saying. I just figured out that with every level those pop level requirements go up. I had been saving buying some necessary industrials til later. Um....wrong plan cause the pop levels go up with each lvl. So I can see where my frustration will go up later on.

Did anyone else not get the long and short daily contest? I usually have mine early in the morning and I haven't gotten any yet.
And yes I can understand getting bored with the game and not being able to expand the business because of the large happiness levels for the older players. I have no hope of ever building a new factory unless it is purchased with $. I'm still playing and trying to recoup the $ I have spent in the past by sending out the cargo ships. Then I will probably turn to something else to play.

Has anyone else noticed that the appearance of the buildings has returned to level one? I still have all of the capabilities of the upgrades that I have made, but they all LOOK like they did in level one. At first, I was worried that they had lost their powers, but no. It is especially noticeable with the terminal.

Under the options tab next to the daily contests, select the button just above the FAQ button. That should get your buildings back to the level they are at.

Under the options tab next to the daily contests, select the button just above the FAQ button. That should get your buildings back to the level they are at.

Thanks! That is hilarious because I was nodding off last night with this blasted thing still on while trying to squeeze every last bit of wakefullness to complete a task for the port, and awoke to my hand on the screen having started a few random contracts and that bar open. I must have inactivated things.

That's your running man. Touch the options button center bottom looks like a gear. There is a man pic if you toggle him it puts your game in and out of HD mode. You should also notice every thing is still, like the windmills.
