did you try to change your password?

Try logging into Facebook and see if it recognizes that the game has access to your Facebook. If it says that an email address is already linked then you may have to just change your password in the game. If it doesn't recognize your email, you may have to reconnect your Facebook account with the game.

The birthday cake has a 6 hour countdown...I wonder what happens after 6 hours?!!

After 6 hours you click on it and I got some balloons and a city credit. Timer restarted at 6 hours.

Interesting update from GI. Like most trying to get my head round it. Has anyone unlocked a building? This, along with the modules for every building look interesting, so fascinated to find out more, I was on 1500 energy for the hydro plant, think that will have to wait!

On facebook page there are others having same problem as you. Hope GI is quick to solve this for you. It took two months for them to fix my quarry that kept completely shutting down on me!

That sucks! The worst is I can't ask friends for help with the port it's not working :/

So weird I tried rebooting, restarting, closing apps, everything I think I just have to wait I have been dealing with my timer on the game 2 days ago my daily prize came at 11 am and yesterday I barely got it at midnight almost loosing a day

They drop hats, balloons, confetti, and fifes to get the special birthday cake and buildings.

Folks the M countdown on the left is done?? I did last energy and 2 logs and no more to do! What was the point of that
exercise??
