Big Business - game discussion

It seems to me that this is just another money maker for GI. All these energy users...you either go for the birthday buildings or the M challenge. Of course the birthday buildings requires an enormous amount of energy. So is it 400 balloons per building, etc. and if so that is 1200 balloons pulse the hats, confetti and fifes. Hmmmm....do the math...is it possible to get all that in just the 7 days plus do the M challenges. Am I thinking wrong here or not?
I would be happy with the first building. I am definitely going for the M challenges because I am energy starved so a reduction in energy requirements would be a big benefit to me. I do not spend real money on this game.

How does this birthday event work? There are 3 different buildings with separate requirements and than there is a general requirement for the castle.. If you complete the requirements for the castle do you get the other buildings too? Or is this just a mind screwing thing

This means that you have to acquire all three buildings, plus the specific amount of balloons, hats, fifes and confetti, in order to get the castle.

By my reckoning, that means you need to obtain a total of 2,445 balloons, hats, fifes and confetti. I already have 68 units, so only have 2,377 to go in 6 days and 5 hours. A quick calculation seems to indicate that I could acquire 3,100 energy points in that time, so sufficient to be able to actually click on enough people in order to get what I need.

That also means I would have to play non-stop for the whole time, having roughly only 6 hours and 10 minutes break per day to eat, sleep, converse with others, swot flies, feed cats, change light bulbs and anything else that might actually need doing in the real world. Poor Mockba and RussianWorld, I wonder how they cope?

Hi Steve,
I totally agree.
But be happy. I can´t play anymore because the game crashes immediately after tapping.
I have an iPad 4 and ios version 6.1.3........ maybe i should download the newest ios version ! ?
Well, the next ticket is on the way to GI support.
Now at least i have time for other useful things. :-)))))

If I a understanding this right I have decided to focus on the small module for the entertainment buildings. This needs 2 lenses, 3 glue and 6 gear-wheels. This gives a 10% increase so I then intend to use this on the Easter Cake building, which currently has 7,100 happiness, therefore increasing this to 7,810. Everyone agree with this logic or have other ideas?

Man! You take all the fun out of it! Guess I'll just keep trying and see what I can get. I'll let you know how it goes. BTW I placed exactly 100 on the contest yesterday. Guess I minimized my efforts.

There may well be another problem with the collection of balloons, confetti etc. As the drops are random even if you were to collect the total required number you may not have the right combination ie too many balloons and not enough confetti or some other combination. Suggest we are all wary of this possible problem.

As regards the Modules if one were to use a small module is it then possible at a later date to update this to a medium module or are you stuck with what you have got. A 10% increase is obviously not as good as a 20% increase though it seems to me it will be difficult to modulise many properties and as such the benefits are not likely to be a game changer.

Well those are my thoughts but will still be putting in the hours in the next week to see how far I can get.

I agree...all these modules are not a game changer for me...until GI drops the happiness levels I don't see much use for all these other buildings. Most of the long time players have such high happiness levels it is impossible to build any new factories. I am working on the modules and the birthday buildings. Of course I don't expect to get them all done but will take what I can get. Will collect till time is up then build what I can. What is your thoughts, do we need to build the smaller one first or just pick and choose?

It's a good point. Ideally we need to be able to use multiple modules per building, whilst there maybe restrictions or limits 1 module per building will be naff! The best thing GI could do is create a limit, of say, cannot increase a buildings happiness, profit, birth rate or energy by more than 200% from it's original. The harder you work at this game the greater the reward, why not, it would certainly keep us more addictive members of society happy and engaged.....

I wonder if the padlock on each building unlocks the ability to apply a second module. Maybe that is the restriction.....hmmmm, I'm not overly optimistic, suspect there will be big constraints and a lot of effort for what in reality is little advantage.....

How is it that my terminal has ten vehicles but only 5 can go out?

city name: normal town. name: nickeli
You can only send out 5 vehicles at a time but can send out any combination you want..sometimes if I need coconuts or mangos I will just run taxis otherwise I run buses.
