Yeah I guess I'm one of those who doesn't come in from the rain. GI can rain on our parade, but we all still play, at least the new update was a ray of sunshine

Hmm. Curious about the Ice Cream Castle challenge now - I got enough resources to get the Yum Yum Cafe, and it just completed building. I assumed I'd go back to the Event Conditions to see the Yum Yum Cafe ticked off as having been achieved ... but it's not. So now, I don't know whether you have to have one of each of the smaller buildings (toy museum, playground and cafe) first, or whether you can go directly for the Castle; which would be the obvious choice, I guess...

Interesting thought. I guess it might be best to collect for castle first then. If you don't get it then you can always use the items to buy the smaller ones then

I assumed it was build the 3 smaller ones to get the castle as the reward. Of course there is no way you can collect for all the buildings and the castle without spending $.
Based on the fact that GI says the ice cream castle is a reward it would make sense that you have to fulfill the requirements of building the smaller buildings. But it seems that isn't the case. I built the first two and nothing was checked off OAS being complete. And, it seems you can build them in any order. So, we have to wait and see.

I was thinking that as well. Collect as much as you can right up until the end, and then buy as many of the buildings as you can, starting with the best one first.
