Has anyone tried to build the castle without the other buildings yet?

No not yet. The 120 Fife will take a while...I am only on 31...these events seem to be designed so you can only complete them the following year unless you spend a shed load of cash...

So true...I have been saving my credits...not buying any buildings as the entertainment ones are useless unless they reset the happiness levels and I have most of the factories so I may spend some on this event..will wait till the last few hours to see where I am at with it to decide. And the party cake gives cash pretty frequently so I will try for it all.

My birthday today. Nothing from GI yet. 42 today... Just lying in bed catching up on the posts and making sand for my shipment. Anyone have the woodwork or ice cream factory? I rarely use my pharmacy and it is so rarely a vip that it never leaves my storage unless there is a daily task for it.

I'll be sad when the cake stops giving credits I think it stops in 5 days ?!

I have the glue drop when cleaning up a friend's city on one occasion.

Hello all, has anyone managed to get all the birthday stuff and go for the award before trading for one of the buildings? I was going to get the Toy Museum as I have enough for it, but wonder whether I should wait and try to get 'the award' before trading for buildings.

I didn't get any for a long time but they are dropping every so often...not at any regular rate...

Still not one research centre ingredient drop for the whole day.... Can I ask if you are still getting drops where are they from. I also note that I have no M challenge on the left, is that the same for others?

i got the problem. I get pieces from collecting happiness points from the homes. Also, the people running around will serve up some things to use for the research center. I have made 6 city credits so far from the birthday cake. I hope they leave it alone and continue to give out city credits. I won't get city credits any more because I am at level 70 so the birthday cake may make up for that. Then again, this is GI, so they will probably kill the cake.
