Cam I ask is anyone getting BOTH lenses and steel details dropping in their city? I have raised a ticket as I have not had a bronze detail for at least two months. but have got the usual rubbish answer about it being luck. Just responded to their satisfaction survey with the following "Not looked into my issue properly, keep saying it is luck. I have played this game for 15 months. I KNOW that there is a problem with steel details in my city, I play daily and used to get both steel and lense drops not a lot. Now for at least two months I only get lenses, usually 1 or 2 a day dependant on how often I play. I am afraid I simply do not believe GI support have looked into my issue properly, which is very disappointing. "

Quarry problem: Game Insight has done nothing after a few weeks.
I pump out the water, choose Limestone which shows I have 1 dump truck of the 3 needed. My terminal garage has 7 dump trucks available.
I click on the 2000 coins button to produce Limestone and it takes my coins but produces nothing.

I agree there is something not right with this. Personally I only get steel details dropping although I used to get excess lenses so am still playing catch up. I still think this is a great game but do wish GI would own up when they have a problem.

Same here....I also opened a ticket a little more than a week ago.
 
This game was fun till I realised its complete garbage...they make things completely imposible to complete in the time given..The one Thing that completely pissed me off is the terminal..Lets say you train and hire 3 drivers for the terminal, then you decide to upgrade it.All the staff you had hired are now magically gone, So EVERY time u decide to upgrade your terminal you loose all previous staff you paid for and trained...that's complete bullshit..never playing again.. like make the game fun not a ****ing chore to play.

So i went forward with replacing my iPad. i used the backup and restore feature and lost nothing!! thanks to you ForrestCody, you gave mee nough courage to go with it..;)

I am getting the bronze drops but no lens and I play a lot...so I know it is not luck. This became an issue when the stopped all drops, keys, lenses and bronze and tried to make us buy them in cases. When the changed it back some people get the lens and some get the bronze. I don't even bother with tickets anymore as they all have the same reply. It is just luck even though it isn't. I play now with no expectations. I know I will not be building a new factory as I need 800,000 more population to build one. I leave ships go for days as I don't feel like trying to make all the stuff I need to fill them. I do help ships as much as I can but the game is a big bust for me instead of big business.
 
Thank you Skaiblue if you're on here. I have the turbines needed for the hydro plant thanks to your generosity. I wonder why I never get the chance to gift them to anyone.

Same here; all bronze fragments, no lens parts.
I don't believe it's luck either. Some time ago my game crashed after i had visited neighbours. When I re-entered I had lost about 5 minutes. Going back to revisit the neighbours I noticed I picked up the same 2 pumps in the exact same places. That's not luck, that's pre-determined!
