Big Business - game discussion

The only downside to submitting a request through the game is that I cannot seem to attach a screen shot of the issue I am having. Or am I missing something? That is why I wanted to send the request through the computer.

I looked up on google Big Business Technical Support and found the site:

Wondering the same here. BB FB page seems to say update and go - I followed their link - no update, no go. They may be suffering more than their usual gremlins and glitches; our corp was deemed as having finished the latest challenge when we were no where near........ummmm.

ours finished with 93 scarves also but then we moved in ratings from 30 to 54 which is a big backward jump.

on Facebook i wished everyone in the world a Happy 4th of July because everyone DOES have a 4th. You cant skip from the 3rd to the 5th....but maybe GI does skip and missed the event LOL.

I think the magical finish happened across the board; our corp dropped from the 80's to the 300's in ranking. I posted to our corp that we must have had help from Dr Who - now you tell us there's a missing day. .................mysteriouser and mysteriouser.

Yep... My games has been doing that since 29 June. Loads upto 91% then crashes.
All GI support said is to wait until the new update is released to see if it works.

iPad 2 for me as well, and crashing got to be a pain. Support kept on asking me for crash reports, which didn't exist for me, so I believe it is a memory hungry game which the iPad 2 has trouble with. My partial solution is to quit everything in the background, including BBQ (double tap home button, and up or down swipe apps off screen) and then restart. If playing BB, quit all background apps before playing. Do the background quitting and device restarting once a week. This got the game mostly stable for me; it didn't solve the quitting when visiting others. Hope that helps.

Yah tried all af that. No luck. I did check my memory and I have plenty so that should not be the problem. Sent in a report to GI but not holding my breath. Like you there isn't a crash report to send. Why do I keep playing this game???!!!

now we are moved from the 50s rating to i think 23 it is. still no july 4th stuff and is anyone else getting weirdness on the milling, farm and ranch with no relocate button anymore. weather idle or working

Yes, I am too, and I know another member in my corp is having the same issue. I sent GI a ticket on this last week and heard back from Sophie stating that their engineers were aware of this issue and will be addressing it in the next game update.

I got the same response to a completely different problem with the issue closed in the same message. I love how they are advertising on Facebook a whole new game they are "working hard on" with no mention as to when they might fix the game that already exists.
