Plea for help to Big Business Community.

A great player(Whereever) needs your help. During the last update disaster this player got hit hard. Her city started developing issues that many did; unable to move factories, keys not dropping, etc. But her city took it a step further,, and was becoming difficult just to log on. Sensing doom we both started screenshoting her entire city. within the day her BB city would not even load.
Opening a ticket on July 5th, she has had been ignored since. Slow to respond she just recently got help. They had her delete city, but GI restored her to lvl 14! the only thing they have been able to restore is her friends list.
I've gone from frustrated watching this horrible situation to just plain mad now. I've seen GI restore cities before from virtually nothing, so why they have been so unresponsive to Whereever isn't cool. I opened a ticket on her behalf, hoping more squeaky wheels will get something moving. If you can offer advice, or if you know whereever and want to help, please open your own ticket. Her city and game name the same.
Does she have ten of every factory? Nope. Does she have 50,000 team points? Nope. Is she the best team mate a team could have and a pure joy to interact with on a daily basis? None better. Simply one of the nicest people I've ever met on this game.

Whereever is really frustrated. She has been getting nothing but a run around. She keeps getting the same responses and nothing is getting done. She asked for this to be sent to a supervisor and gets a response that something should be done within five business days. Good grief it has been over two weeks. They need to rebuild her city from the pictures that have been sent. She is a great player and truly is frustrated to not be able to have the city she has worked so long on.
 
Whereever does(did) have a solid city, great factory development, and puts down serious numbers at corp. events. Dumped all the useless factories when she became team member, getting only those that helped win events. Couldn't ask for more. That, combined with such a great personality, makes her a great player by my standard. Thank you Kirby for standing by her.
Sophie needs to step up and get the job done.

It took a team effort but Whereever got her city back. Woot.

You will need a bus by the end of the Port build to produce milk shakes. If you dont have a bus yet, get one before you get to the end. DO NOT buy any transports or upgrade your terminal until you get the bolt. Upgrades and transports takes time to build and train dirvers. Your terminal will be out of commision during this time.

When you get closer to the end, start saving the bannanas, dont use them. You need 10 for the very last task to make milk shakes.

The steel details took me 5 days to get with 12 cafe's.

For the steel beams, add a lot of friends. There is a limit of around 70-80 visits a day then the cleanup\repair things go way for 24hrs. It was frustrating. I would go a day or so and not get anything then two or three days where I get four a day.

Thank you ;) now I'm needing steel details and stuck at 21, haven't got any more for a week...I got about 12 donut cafe...;( is it a bug or my luck ?
 
How do I get resources to fill my friends container?
Also, I can't visit friends anymore, stuck at reputation level 5 and can't move further ;(

You make resources your friends need in your own factories. Say a neighbor's container needs eight bananas. You would go make them in your factory and then go back to that neighbor's town, tap their ship, and tap to put them in their banana container. There is always a chance that someone will beat you to it, though. I visit with a lot of the commonly needed items with me, ready to donate.

I believe reputation level 5 is the highest you can go.
 
This is so frustrating. Working on the port and i managed to get to the second to last event with 8.5 days left and it has now been 13 days since and i still only have 16 steel things, with 12 donut cafes. This is crap. Did anyone else have this much "bad luck" when doing the port?

I don't think we are friend but we will be friends ! What I can do to help let me know. You know I am a good friend. Btw all I changed my game pic to the striped kitty for now just as info
 
I can't seem to get Whereever invited please have them send me an invite...

Also is anyone else getting errors trying to post to walls in game?

If any one has a bakery there is new level that produces I think some kind of muffin I am upgrading now so I am going by memory. It takes abt 4 hrs. If anyone have a screen shot to post that would be great
