Looking for any & all tips or advice on bluetooth keyboard problems after the IOS7 update. Specifically, I have the Zagg Folio case & keyboard sold for my 3rd Gen iPad.
At first within minutes of the update only one of the keys (the "i" key) ceased functioning. I assumed it was a bit of sand or debris so I thoroughly cleaned the keyboard... no help. Now the problem has spread to random keys not working. Called Zagg... prefect! I'm about 2 weeks past my warranty period, and the only solution is to throw some more $$ at this. Grrrrrrrrrrrr...
Why is it that Apple has never allowed a customer to "roll-back" to a previous IOS once said customer has experienced issues with a "update"? Same this happened a few years ago with an older iPod Touch IOS failure.
