Can't upgrad from 4.3.3 to 4.3.4

I can´t upgrade my ipad 2 16gb wifi from 4.3.3 to 4.3.4, anyway. All the times T tried, I received 3194 error. This is a new Ipad without jailbreak. First, I updated the itunes version to 10.4 and afterwards I tried to update the OS. Can you help me please?

Try to disable your antivirus and firewall if any, I had a problem like this with my wife iPhone and works well after I disable them.

It didn´t work on IPad 2. I wil try on my Iphone 4. Tks
