Cloud error

Hi everyone. Im new to this so bare with me. Im having trouble with icloud storage. Im trying to buy storage space andit says unknown error? Any suggestions?

Someone else has also reported this error. It may be with the release of the new iPad that they are being inundated right now.
I have heard that trying on a computer may be the way to go also.
