Code works on laptop not Ipad

I have some code involving heavy use of javascript plus a cgi script to multi-select photos and upload to my website. It works on a laptop but not on an Ipad. I suspect its because of the javascript.

Can anyone point me a place where that discusses how javascript is handled differently on an Ipad?

Is JavaScript turned on, on your iPad? Go to Settings>Safari>JavaScript. Make sure the switch is set to on.
