Decent appointment app for iPad

Hi,
Does anyone know of a decent app for keeping appointments?
I am a plumber and would like to use an iPad instead of my paper diary.
What I am looking for is a diary app that let's me pick a day, tap on a time, and enter a customers details ( name, address, phone, email and notes.
Then I can go back through it at the end of the day and use the info.
It sounds so simple. Can't believe I can't find one.
Any suggestions.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Have you tried the native Calendar app? You can input all that info and more.....there's a note section at the bottom also for any notes you may need.

I've done up a dummy appointment.....is this what you mean?
